Where to reach Token

You talk to Token in the chat tools you already use. Which channels are available depends on what was set up for your team, but the patterns below are the same everywhere.

When Token first joins a channel, it introduces itself with a short welcome note explaining how to reach it and what, if anything, is already set up there.

Getting its attention

Direct messages
Group channels

Message Token directly, the same way you would DM a colleague. There is no trigger word: Token reads every message in a direct chat and replies.

Slack DM	Just message it.
WhatsApp one-to-one	Just message it.

In a shared channel or group, Token stays quiet during normal conversation and only responds when you mention it. Mention it, ask your question, and it replies in the thread.

Separate by design

A request in one channel never leaks into another. Token keeps its memory per conversation.

Replies in place

Ask in a thread and Token answers in that thread, so conversations stay tidy.

Message Token any time. It picks up the request, does the work, and replies when it is done, even if a longer task takes a moment.
